Ms. Janice Sands Ash, P.E. - President
Janice Sands Ash, P.E., is the founder, owner and president of Ash Engineering, Inc. Ms. Ash has over 24 years experience in civil, utility and environmental engineering of which 18 years were directly with transportation related projects. Ms. Ash has focused the strength of Ash Engineering into Utility Engineering. She has established a stable clientele of water, sewer, power, CATV and telephone. She is the recipient of the FDOT District 7 1996 Utility Liaison of the Year Award, the 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year for the Society of Women Engineers, one of the top
"Tampa Bay Business Journals Distinguished Women in Business 2003", and is a finalist for 2004 for
"Tampa Bay Business Journal's Small Business of the Year". Ms. Ash has a Bachelors of Engineering Science (Environmental Engineering) and a
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. Ms. Ash has served as an adjunct professor teaching water and wastewater systems design at the University of South Florida.

Dr. Eugene R. Masters, PE, BCEE - Principal/CEO
Dr. Eugene R. Masters, P.E., is a Principal and is in charge of the
Environmental Division for Ash Engineering, Inc. Dr. Masters holds an MBA, a BS
in mechanical engineering, and MS and PhD degrees in civil/environmental
engineering. He has a over 42 years of diversified mechanical and environmental
engineering experience, including 22 years with chemical processing industries. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, and is a registered professional engineer in both Florida and Georgia. Dr. Masters also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida College of Civil and Environmental Engineering, teaching water and wastewater systems design, is a Past President of the Port of Tampa Propeller Club, and former Chair of the Polk County Utility Group.
